TLDR: Actual Mani-Pedi was just below average overall 4.5/10, gave my nails a shape that wasn’t asked for, Service 3/10, talked and laugh with coworkers entire time, left before I could tip. 4/10. Photos attached for reference.
The technician gave a menu then asked if I would like a drink, grabs a water for me then sat down and of course after acknowledging my feet she begins talking and laughing with the other technicians across the room in their home language. Now at this point this doesn’t really bother me, it’s very common. No big deal, obviously I don’t understand it so no skin off my back, but if you are going to do this especially when it is so easy to tell you’re talking trash about the client you’re currently in front of you better do a good job. Period. But, the true kicker for me is that it did not end. The Manicure technician, a man, came over maybe 10min after the other technician started on my feet, asked me “short?” I said yes, this was all that he said to me and then the rest of the hour the pair talked laughed and hucked it up with the 2 other technician across the room consistently the whole hour without pause. They truly could have been speaking about anything whether they were or weren’t talking about me is truly tertiary in this review. But it is highly likely I was the topic of conversation, and nobody wants to feel like this while trying to relax.
The manicurist picked deeply at the dead skin around my nail cuticles and broke skin to blood on 2 fingers, and many other fingers were numb after in the pieces of skin that had been picked at, he then sharply squared the nails, I didn’t ask for a shape I’ve never had someone do a shape on me. And he didn’t even shape them well, almost all the nails were off center or had extra unnecessary length, the removed dead skin was only around the nail and too deep, still a good amount of dead skin left on the actual nail. The “massage” was no more than light rubbing, skin to skin contact is how it should be advertised, no pressure, no care. The paraffin mask was hoisted on to my hands and pulled off in less than a few minutes before it could do anything.
The pedicure was much the same she blew through the callus removal i asked for specifically, avoiding them, then massage was more light touching again with her rotating through different actions she may have watched someone else do at some point but didn’t have actual functional knowledge of how to do herself, slapped a load of lotion on and just let it sit on the surface, then haphazardly hoisted my feet into the paraffin mask bags let it all sit in one spot, different spots on each foot then removed them only a minute or two later. Clear coat was quickly applied while laughing.
This is when the manicurist got up said thank you and left out the door, my clear coat was drying and had just gotten a chance to look at my hands. Now I always Tip and usually 20-50% especially with places like this where there is direct service, I came in with $40 cash for both technicians tips. My manicurist did not allow me the chance to tip him, maybe i should’ve grabbed him as soon as he said thank you and gone through my pockets with the nails he had just done, I’m not sure; but what is obvious is that he was not expecting a tip from me at all. While i can acknowledge after the fact that the manicure was very subpar and i had to have it corrected the next day with an actual trained technician, he still deserved a tip and would’ve gotten it. I ended up tipping the pedicurist about 20%
Overall Subpar job aside, the reason I felt it prudent to write this review is mainly because the hospitality I experienced around the service I was paying for was absolutely awful, maybe I’m dumb man that should ask for short and rounded nails, and maybe they weren’t speaking about me the whole hour they talked through my service, maybe I should’ve announced my intentions to tip from the start, who knows. What I do know is that this was a lame experience, I

My girlfriend had her nails done here and had the worst experience ever. She would be making this post but her hands got skin pulled off when the man doing her nails with the nail filer and the finger nail drill. She is about graduate college and after all the stress for 4 years and now is one of the biggest moments of her life, this is the type of service she gets???

Came in at 6:15 (thought they closed at 8). I needed to get my nails done for a wedding the next day. Had to wait until the last min to do because of what I do for work. They got myself and my daughter taken care of despite the fact that they closed at 7. Tipped them extra as a thank you! And my nails have stayed on over 2 weeks now (I'm usually lucky to get a week out of them) highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Had been to this place a few times in the past and after a bad experience by the guy, due to him being too rough, I started to just request Amy. Amy is awesome, never hurt me while doing my nails and would do what I asked for. Today I went in and didn’t call ahead or request amy, I needed a simple manicure. The guy does them again, and same as before, he’s rough. Two of my nails are bleeding and hard for me to bend. He is way too rough with the machine and that is not okay.

No, just no. Personally, this was my worst experience at a nail salon. EVER. I went today with a friend and the lady taking care of her was great. Unfortunately, I got someone who was in a rush, mind you there was no one else waiting to get their nails done. Not busy at all. He cut me more than once. He was so careless about his work. Even after bringing up he had cut me. I was even debated stopping him and just leaving without finishing. I'm the type to give chances. Lesson learned I guess. I'm currently writing this review with bandaids on my FINGERS. Not just one. Based on other reviews, if you're going to someone you know and have built a relationship, they're great.

Not worth it I went in today I wasn’t really expecting a lot but the guy who did my nails he was so rough with my nails they started Bleeding and also they didn’t really turn out the way I wanted them to I showed him a Espo picture but the guy still messed it up somehow he kept on insisting on keeping them long even though I said that I wanted them short multiple times but he kept insisting that longer nails were better for some reason and ignored me so now I have long nails and kept texting the whole time I just wouldn’t go there again not worth it.

Man was very very rough. I thought about getting up and leaving after the first nail because I thought it would get better but it hurt THE WHOLE TIME. It hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I’ve never experienced something like that before. Definitely won’t come back to this location. Getting your nails done shouldn’t be this painful

TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid at all costs. Wanted to give them a shot and walk in 35 min before close for a simple pedicure. Sign says walk ins welcome.I was told they were “full” and nobody available. 3 techs were about to finish and she spoke for them. Will never be back. They lost out on business, a good tip, and future business.
