As a former employee of this district, I find it hard to recommend anyone work here. The lack of communication starts from the administrative office down to the campus administration. As a newer teacher, my mistakes were met with invasive emails, no grace and no support! This is a small district, but you’d think it was larger based on the pressure and demands put on teachers and students. Important information regarding W2, insurance benefits and my service record took forever to recover. I would not recommend working for little elm ISD.

This school has amazing teachers and staff.all 3 of my girls started in kindergarten last one about out in fifth.we will miss this school next year.
