“People usually only leave reviews to complain, so I feel that it’s my duty to leave a great review for Allstate, Service King / Crash Champions on 380, and Enterprise rental car also on 380!My young adult daughter was rear-ended, and the at fault party’s no-name tiny insurance company strung us along and eventually denied the claim. We needed to get her car fixed and ended up filing a claim through our own Allstate uninsured motorist policy. From the day we called Allstate, the ball started rolling quickly! The same day they assigned the shop of my choice (Service King / Crash Champions) and had Enterprise call me to schedule a rental car. It took about a month to get parts and complete the repair, but Ashley at Service King texted us updates and was the one who answered the phone anytime I called. It was so nice to be able to talk to one person throughout the process. They also dealt directly with Allstate. Enterprise rented us a nice car, and we were able to leave it at Service King when we picked up our car. I can’t say enough good things about how these three companies made a frustrating process as simple and easy as possible.
