I love everyone at this clinic because they are all so friendly and welcoming. I hated physical therapy before but now I love going because of the people here. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable or pushed beyond my limits. Holli is my favorite she is so cool and funny.

I called to set up an appointment, no one picks up the phone at this location. OK, no problem, let me go in person. Guess what, they had me sit for 10 minutes and I am waiting just for an initial talk.GET A RECEPTIONIST THAT TAKES CALLS OR SPEAKS TO PEOPLE.

Actually, I would give 10 Stars if I could! Amazing Staff and convenience of appointments and location is excellent. Exceptional rehab skills are being taught to me in the office and great accountability at home with more homework & super motivation to be my BEST! Thank you Brooke! You are a ROCK STAR!

Hunter has helped me several times for different ailments over the years. He is friendly, caring and compassionate. He is also very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in his treatment and instructions. Stephanie is a wonderful asset to the facility.

Hunter is very caring, explains care and treatment needs in a way that I can understand. He is compassionate in his care. Stephanie at the front desk is personable and friendly. I can see her smile because of her eyes.

My experience BSW Rehab in Little Elm was amazing. Laura T. took the time to listen to me and my concerns. She then explained everything she was going to do to try to address my issues with severe vertigo. I truly felt she cared about my well-being. After one session, months of dealing with vertigo were dramatically improved. Best physical therapy and therapist I have ever had. Highly recommend this convenient, professional and friendly Rehab! Thanks Laura!

I suffered a knee injury nearly 4 years ago and had significant pain as a result. Daily routines like just getting out of a chair or walking for long distances was difficult. I got an MRI that didn't return any sort of serious injury so I sought treatment from one of those strip mall orthopedic clinics, but after going for a few month, it didn't seem to help. So I assumed that the pain was just something I was going to have to learn to live with. This year, the pain continued to get worse to the point where even my sleep was being affected, so after talking to my BSW orthopedic doctor, he recommended me to try physical therapy before I try surgery. Well, i'm happy to say that after 8 weeks of physical therapy with Laura, almost all my pain is gone. She gave me the tools to improve my knee health and was a great educator and motivator to take of myself. I'm very grateful to her and all the help she gave me!

It's alway nice to come to my appointment and see Laura's ? smiling face. She's the the type of person who gets down to business quickly. I hope that when she fixes me, that I will never see her again ( and I mean that in the nicest and most sincerely way). She knows her business.

Laura cause more issues with my shoulder. After the last 2 visits, I was waking up in pain and two of my fingers would involuntarily twitch . The building is OK. They insist on masks and they take your temperature.
