I’ve been bringing my dogs to this hospital for couple years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are knowledgeable. Whether it's routine check-ups or more serious concerns, I trust them to provide the best care for my pets. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a friendly and compassionate veterinary practice!

I would like to give zero! At my first appointment at the Banfield Little Elm, they gave medicine to both of my dogs that was said not to give them because they already had at home, they said they performed several exams without telling us, I only knew when received the email with the description of the services. Untrained and incompetent employees who don't care about the pet.

IF ONLY ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION!
This place is a joke, cancelled my office visit made me drop my dog off instead FOR 6 HOURS I had to finally just show up to get my dog. DID NOTHING FOR MY DOG WHILE SHE SAT IN A SMALL CAGE FOR 6 HOURS I DIDNT EVEN GET A CALL! charged me $300 for medication. This place should be shut down! Corporate will hear about this

Banfield is always very prompt! But they take their time to address all your questions. I’ve been taking my pets there over 15 years. You’ll know your pet is well taken care of & loved.

Edited 4/27/24. The office called me first thing to get me bk on schedule which I greatly appreciated. The doctor and staff were all great and I even signed up for a 12 month wellness plan.Appt confirmed on 4/14 for 4/27. They leave me a message the day before telling me they had to cancel but can see me asap like I didn’t already plan my life out around their scheduling system. No thanks I will go somewhere more reliable.

I love this place and their staff! Juliana at the front desk is the best! All the Vets and their techs love our babies like we do! And they don’t try to nickel and dime us to death for various tests we don’t need to do! My dog, Zeus, was having a skin reaction due to allergies and our Vet came in, looked, and automatically knew that the antibiotics, allergy pills, and medicated shampoos would fix him right up! And it did!! But the fact that she saw it, knew it would work, and then let us on our way meant sooooo much!!! I wasn’t in the exam room waiting for hours while they poked and prodded my baby! So grateful and so was my big boy, Zeus!
