I walk in try to be nice to the only employee at the front doing nothing, Im all happy going to fix my vehicle, but this guy has to spoil it. The older african american guy was not, is not nice & doesn't know how to smile or maybe he's racist? I tried and tried to be nice he was just Mr. Bad attitude! I won't come back to this place as long as he's around, super bad vibes with this guy and his nasty nelly attitude. Tip: Leave your problems at the door before going to work and learn run the business properly with good customer service! Be a joyful person or others will quit because of people like this. I dislike giving bad reviews but this guy definitely needs to be retrained, if not.. he'll break your business! Bye!!

I called at 0800 on a Sunday to check part availability and was put on hold for 11 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. I simply needed to just verify they had an item in store.

Jacob helped my husband and I yesterday with our cars. He definitely helped us save money on figuring out what was wrong with my husband’s car. He tried his best to do what he could to figure out what is wrong with mine but he was limited because of the issues my car was actually having.
