Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!
