Kaitlyn was great. Although she didn’t have a unit for me, she contacted the other Life Storage in Frisco and found me a unit. Then she filled out all the information for me while I was driving to the other facility. Then she called them and set up everything for me. AMAZING. Just gets better. She called after I rented the unit(not at her property) to make sure I got the unit and everything was great. Over and above. Love it. - Robert

Excellent experience with Life Storage! I needed storage for just 1 month while I was in transition. No extended contract required, price and size beat their competitors, friendly and helpful staff, easy set up process. I reserved online and an agent assisted quickly to complete process over the phone. I never had to leave the comfort of my home. I highly recommend them!
