Mr. Bobby was awesome! Never met him in person. But he did everything professionally! Picked up and dropped off my son's car at the times he gave me! And contacted via text to keep me updated! Very thankful.

The professionalism of the company is worth it alone. I had a horrible experience with another “cheaper” company. The customer support from this company was a breath of fresh air to a already stressful circumstance. Highly recommend choosing this company versus other alternatives

All these reviews are fake , I called the guy up asked him how much to tow a vw golf from little elm to Decatur he told me 125 for the hook up and 4 dollars per mile it would have been over 325 dollars and that he was super busy and couldn't get to me until 12 . Lol I got a box truck moved from argyle to decatur for 300 these towing companies take advantage of the weather and any chump that's willing to cough up that kinda dough should consider getting AAA

They came to my rescue and got their within 10min.. and that’s during 380 traffic nightmare. A nice pedestrian fixed my car right before they arrived and they didn’t charge me... from one panicked mom who knows nothing about cars thank you for ur super hero service!!

Awesome service!I made an appointment to get my car towed and AR was there right on time, very courteous, super-fast, and very fair price. My car was in a hard to get to location, but AR knew exactly what to do and was able to load it without any issues. Also, they use a flatbed truck, which is better than a traditional tow-truck.I highly recommend AR Towing and plan to use them in the future.
