“After living in a nightmare apartment complex in Lewisville, this place has been a total safe haven. It is well kept, luxury style, everything is top quality, but most importantly, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AMAZING!!! They handle everything so efficiently and any issues are resolved within 24 hrs. There are so many community events (weekly at minimum) and I feel genuinely valued. I will be a loyal tenant here and every employee here needs a raise to make sure it stays just the way it is!”

“I’ve lived at this property for some time, and while I’ve experienced some challenges here, I want to specifically highlight the concierge, Nettles. He has consistently gone above and beyond his responsibilities to help residents.
For example, after I waited two weeks for maintenance to address a plumbing issue, Nettles personally stepped in and helped get my toilet working again—something he didn’t have to do but chose to. When I accidentally scheduled the wrong move-out time with my movers, he worked with me to adjust things so that I could still move at the time I had arranged and paid for. That flexibility saved me a lot of stress.
On top of that, Nettles is always present, approachable, and willing to help in any way he can. His reliability and willingness to step in where others fall short make a huge difference for residents. Honestly, without him, living here would have been much more difficult. He is truly an asset to this property, and I think he deserves recognition for the effort and care he brings to his role every day.”

“We’ve been living at Oxford at Lakeview for about a year now, and our experience has been excellent. The apartments themselves are very nice—well laid out, modern, and comfortable. Everything has worked great in our unit, and if we ever did have a minor issue, maintenance has been incredible. Every time we’ve put in a request, they came the same day and fixed it right away. It’s such a relief knowing things are taken care of quickly and professionally.
The property is also very well maintained. The grounds are kept clean, the landscaping is mowed weekly, and the pool is serviced several times a week, so it’s always sparkling and ready to use. Valet trash runs consistently every day except the scheduled off days.
Another big plus is the peace and quiet here. We’ve never had issues with loud parties or disruptive neighbors. On top of that, the office staff has always been polite, approachable, and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Overall, Oxford at Lakeview is a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live. The combination of nice apartments, attentive staff, and great upkeep of the community makes it a place we’re really happy to call home.”

Had a great experience coming back to Windsor today, my medical supplies were shipped to my old Windsor address and not only did they locate the supplies, but they also put them in the fridge to keep the supplies at a safe temperature until I could drive there today to pick them up. Quality and friendly experience, sooo grateful!”

“Tower Bay Lofts provides a great atmosphere for home on the lake in apartment style! The staff does its best to address the needs of tenants. I had a great experience working with Erin to view a few units and she helped me narrow it down to the most suitable home for me and my dog. She was very efficient and thorough in getting my approval processed and had me ready to get moved in no time! Erin has a very welcoming personality and is incredibly positive when dealing with potential and now current tenants!”
“Millennium Place has probably been my best apartment experience to date. Firstly, the move in specials were an HUGE steal! It’s a tremendous value for such a nice property. The apartments are very spacious with great fixtures and amenities. I’m especially loving my ample patio space with a pool view :)
All the office staff have been awesome and friendly. Alyssa was super helpful and kind in making my move in experience fast and smooth. Perla was very warm and took the time to gently explain when I had some issues with my dishwasher :) and while I’ve not had much experience with Natasha she’s been very pleasant in my brief interactions.
My dishwasher had some issues and maintenance was quick to take care of the problem. The grounds are also kept very clean and are well maintained.
Lastly the community events have been quite a sweet touch. My neighbors have also been very friendly and kind as I’ve met them in the hallways and elevator etc. It truly feels like such a family here and I highly recommend checking it out!”

“Our family just moved in, but so far, our experience could not be any better! This feels like the IDEAL place to live for a young family. We are literally *steps* away from the Legacy Trail and we can walk to the playground at Windhaven Park too (my son is loving his "backyard park!")The complex is soo quiet, clean, and safe; I literally feel like I could leave my doors unlocked with absolutely zero concern. I am a little bit shy so I haven't talked to many of my new neighbors yet, but the ones I have met were SO warm and welcoming (the leasing office staff are as well!) I have put in 2 maintenance requests since moving in and both were responded to extremely quickly and satisfactorily. The Amazon package locker makes deliveries easy and safe, and I love that HEB is literally across the street... We are eating GOOD since moving here, haha. (Having a gas stove has been great, too!) The schools nearby are wonderful and I'm excited for my son to start kindergarten in the Fall and not be worried about the quality of his education (something that absolutely WAS a concern at our old apartment in the Dallas area...) We are really enjoying being wrapped up in all the surrounding nature- if you are into birdwatching, this place is basically utopia. Just while drinking my morning coffee I can see from my patio: woodpeckers, robins, cardinals, mockingbirds, crows, a kingfisher, an egret, finches, wrens, blackbirds, doves, ducks, and I think 2 more species I'm forgetting at the moment. The sounds of the creek after all this spring rain are so soothing. I think we are going to have an *amazing* experience living here!”

I love the easy access the Little Elm Beach Park and walking trails.
