“They are always kind. I have ADHD lived with it all my life. So it's a process for me to go anywhere in public. I have felt and sometimes do as if I'm being judged by the way I, focus on what I'm doing in an equation format. So I take my time, follow steps to complete my purchase or finish the equation and try to avoid variables. Like someone simply talking to me. Well past of my therapy was to confront anyone that I contact regularly well once a month I go there. Let them know if my condition and not be ashamed. Then automatically that's one of my safe places. They comforted me and I am grateful.”
