“Stopped here for some gas while on my way home to Chicago. In the back was a place to grab hot food to go. I picked up the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and cornbread. OMG it was amazing. I didn't share with anybody in the car. I just enjoyed every last bite. The place itself is run down but don't linger just order your food pay and leave. Eat and enjoy some of the best tasting comfort food you've eaten in a long while. Do yourself a favor and let the kids go to the Dairy Queen while you indulge in some fine Texas food. I'm kicking myself.....they had fried chicken also. I wish I gobbled that too.”

“Not to be confused with the Eensie Weensie Mart, which is where your BF fills up (or not, let's be honest). This is a pretty good mid-price gas station close to the 59 Eastex Highway where a lot of cops usually hang out - which I'm not really sure if that is a good thing or not but you can draw your own conclusions. Literally, here's a pencil and a sketch pad. Draw already. Prices are usually somewhere in the middle (like Jimmy Eat World, but not like Maren Morris ew, ok fine around here it's very like Maren Morris ew) and they have restrooms, are open 24 hours, all kinds of stuff inside, some of which is unusual and fun, along with all the usual convenience store immunities. I mean amenities. If you want immunity from prosecution though - maybe speak to the cops that are perennially in here.”
