My wife dropped her engagement ring and soldered band in the garbage disposal while it was on and we thought the ring was beyond repair. These good people did a fantastic job and high quality work. The ring looks better than before. If you’re on the fence of going to a repair shop this is definitely the best around.

I recently brought in a diamond earring that the stud had completely broken off of. They did an amazing repair earring looks brand new again. Can’t even tell it was broken. 5 stars.

I was in the shop today my experience was wonderful Everyone was very friendly and helpful I would recommend them to everyone They did my two repairs while I waited (ten or fifteen minutes)

My wife had lost a diamond on her wedding ring and I went to Hammer & File in Lindale. I had a great experience and felt that I got a more than fair deal on replacing the diamond. The work was excellent and my wife is very happy.

I will not use this jelwery business again. They had made a mistake when totaling my purchase and when i asked about the charge, which was nit a big deal, a comment from the jeweler was, " well we arnt going to rip you off". Then went i picked up my items, which i had a class ring sized down, they did not return the gold that was taken of of my ring. They kept my gold. This was the first time i had used this business since i moved from Canton. My jelwery that was sized down the gold was always returned to me what was taken off. That being said, I feel like a honest person/ business would have given me what was taken off. Live and learn lesson. Ill be loking for a more honest jelwerero

A very lovely shop. I took my mother's old watch in to get it checked out. Hadn't run since my mother passed away in 98. Thankfully only needed battery. The gentleman was very helpful. I recommend his shop whole heartily.
