Refused to take a drop and hook a day early. I knew I was early. It was a drop and hook. I sat on it for 18 hours before they would let me put it into a parking spot. Then they didn't even have empties which isn't their fault I suppose. That's on the planners and stuff but I lost a days pay for that. And it was only coming from Paris Texas. Rediculous. I've never been turned away for an early drop and hook. Had to wait 18 hours to park a trailer in a spot and leave... staff at the guardshack were all polite and professional though. But know that drivers. I have never had that happen before.

Arrived at 13:30 for 14:00 delivery appointment, was out by 15:45.So my experience delivering here was not bad at all. It was on a Sunday and not many trucks were here so maybe that helped. Stuff was friendly.

What a bad place to deliver, they have no respect, so the drivers I checked in at 10am, it's 6pm and they still haven't unloaded 10 pallets. I went to the office to ask and they say that it takes about 2 more hours to unload 10 pellets.

Guard check very good, but 8hr waiting unload you come by appointment time for lost day

Had a 4PM appointment, they called me at 1:29 AM. 9 hours and 29minutes total to get unloaded!!! God bless them an their business. Got some detention time/money.

Since when do you ever heard TDC it’s an in and out place? When are we going to learn not to haul fright for Target? 5pm appointment on a Sunday and was done at 2am Monday. I would have give them a 5 star if they would have let me stay until sunrise but no, I had to leave the place…You would be better of if your doing a night delivery so you don’t have to worry about how long it will take as long as they get you out the next day, but if your here for a morning delivery, might as well be prepare to spend a whole day here.
