Desiree was the person who helped us today and she was extremely nice and very informative! You can sign your lease over the phone or on a computer. The whole process was really fast and easy as well. I worked in a storage facility and from what I've already heard she is a great employee so don't lose her Mission Storage!

Goodness- what a Godsend! My wife an I trailered a Uhual from Northern California to Lindale. Upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon I realized I’d made a horrible decision in terms of what type of space a required for storage. I immediately texted. Yes, texted, with Desiree. I told her my dilemma and let her know I needed another unit. She immediately looked and leased a unit not too far from my original. What a LIFE SAVER!

I told her my dilemma and let her know I needed another unit. She immediately looked and leased a unit not too far from my original. What a LIFE SAVER! Fast forward- I'm clearly not the best planner ever. My wife and I found a nice little place in Hideaway. I had been a loyal customer for 3 months to Mission Storage. As soon as we got the keys to our new place I rented a uhual and headed back to Mission to gather our stuff. I load up and sail for the sky's. Which brings me to, today. January 3rd. Desiree calls me because I did do one thing and removed my credit card from the auto pay. Once I realized who was calling I immediately texted her to let her know our stuff was removed Nov 27th. Instead of jabbing is with the bill for the month of January, she said NO Problem! She removed us. What a LIFE SAVER! I am beyond the moon with how wel we have been treated. A life saver twice to my stupidity! We will ALWAYS use Mission Storage for our needs! Thanks, Desiree!!! YOU ROCK!

I rented a storage unit online, and was very impressed with the user-friendly sign up process. Desiree was very helpful when I goofed up and forgot the user name I used. She responded right away to my inquiry and helped me get logged back on. Thanks for your help, Desiree!

We rented a climate controlled unit on a Sunday last month, and were given a gate code and able to access the unit the same day. It was clean and in very good condition, as was the entire property. The manager called the next day to make sure everything went well. We have made several trips filling up our unit in the past month and are very pleased with the property. It is in a good location, within a residential area, not isolated as some storage properties are. I always feel safe there, and that is a big, big plus. You can block the gate after entering to keep anyone from coming in behind you before the gate closes. Although the unit roll up door is heavy steel, I can still lift it by myself, another big plus. I was able to set up autopay, so I don't need to worry about being late. They have thought of everything, and do everything right. AAAAA+++

I haven't been using this facility very long but Desiree was such a pleasure to work with and it was so easy to get everything set up and able to move my things in. She was super easy to talk to and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and let me know I could call or text anytime I needed anything. Nice location and secure!

I have rented from them for over three years now and have never had a bad experience with them. They always go above and beyond to help with any need that I may have. If you need a storage unit this is the place.

Poor condition units. Badly beat locking mechanism on my unit. It also allows water to come in to the unit. Just recently they decided to go up on the rent. If you aren't in a hurry for a unit I would look around.
