I have rented here for almost 4 years. For months the gate has been broken and wide open, not secured. They have been asked and asked about it. Our particular unit gets water inside, from the low spot outside the door. Their response when I told them we had damaged furniture? Sorry. Did they do anything to fix the problem or even look at my stuff, Nope. Rent somewhere else, wish we had.

I've rented from Mission Storage for over two years now. The owner and office manager are GREAT people. They go above and beyond to address any issues or concerns. I highly recommend this facility.
