I have been with Lindale Storage for a little over 5 years now. They are exceptional! The facility is always clean and the owners really go out of their way to accommodate any personal issues that may come up. I have had and still have storages in other cities and states. This is by far the best. They make you feel welcome

I highly recommend Lindale Storage West. Management is professional, buildings and grounds are kept clean and free from debris and pest free. I had a temperature controlled unit, so my belongings were safely stored for over 7 months. It was nice to know everything was being preserved while I sorted out what my next step would be.

Highly recommend this place, Jodene was always very nice, responds quickly to any calls or texts. Units were clean and the self locking gate a reassurance that our personal property was safe.

It was a pleasure renting from Lindale West. They helped me get into a unit almost immediately due to my unforeseen circumstances. I would definitely do business with them again.

I rented from Lindale Storage West and the Sherrill's were the most awesome, accommodating people. I was able to rent a unit in one day onsite and then when I needed a bigger unit, Mrs. Sherrill transferred my account over the phone in minutes, literally minutes. I had the moving company waiting to move furniture into the unit that I thought was big enough. I called Mrs. Sherrill, who was readily available and got me a bigger unit. I highly recommend renting units from the Sherrill's. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Sherrill!

We rented a climate controlled unit and a non climate unit for the past 8 months while building a house. The experience has been OUTSTANDING!!! Jo Deane and her husband have been awesome to work with and I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for storage!
