I have nothing but great things to say about Legacy Storage. I had many questions leading up to my unit rental and I never felt rushed during any of my calls. Their units are clean, secure and very well managed. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

I've had several storage units in the past, and Legacy is my favorite by far! It is new, very clean and secure! I have peace of mind that my valuables are behind two security entrances, plus security cameras monitoring the property. I have also had excellent communication access with management! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Quick to charge a late fee and lock out fee of 100 plus the overpriced space I got went up not long after I got it. My wife had to have emergency surgery and I let them know I would be paying about a week late do to obvious reasons so instead of letting you pay then get back on track next payment, they make it even harder for you to make the next payment and act like they don’t want you there. Shame

Ever since they changed owners, these storage units have gone downhill.We tried contacting the owners several times about 4 separate issues and cannot reach anyone so I have no other option, but to leave a negative review.The first thing the new owners did, they increased the rent on all the units to pay for the construction of more units. They are trying to squeeze as many units in as they possibly can to the point that it makes it extremely difficult for anyone with a u-haul or trailer to get in. Something to consider if you are looking to rent these units.The number on the sign out front and the website does not work. Called the number and says the person doesn’t have a voice mailbox that has been set up. It rings once and goes to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional to not have a working number.I left a message on their website, but the website is broken (SSL links) so I don’t think anyone is getting them. Nobody has returned our calls or even acknowledged they are working on the issues.We’ve been out there at least 1x/week for the last 2 months. They haven’t mowed the grass in weeks and it’s at the point now that the city needs to be notified about it.We are paying extra for an air-conditioned unit and they are no longer being cooled. It is at least 80° in the “air-conditioned units” (We’ve taken a temperature gauge because we noticed a significant change. It's been relatively cool most times we’ve been out there, so it’s hard to judge. It will be over 100° soon and will be easier to tell the temperature difference if they’re not being properly cooled). With the previous owners, the units used to be cooled to around 70-75°. The units would kick on whenever the exterior door was opened or when you were inside the building. Now the ac doesn’t even kick on, so it may not even be working or the new owners significantly bumped up the temperature to cut their cooling costs. It’s kind of dishonest that we’re paying for ac units and not getting properly cooled ac units.The last thing I’ve noticed is that they are no longer treating the units for bugs. We’ve rented units for at least 2 years and have never seen any pests or bugs out there. Now with the new owners, we have bugs. I’ve attached a picture of just some of the bugs trying to get inside the ac units. We’ve never seen any bugs until these new owners took over. My guess is they probably don’t have anyone treating the units anymore. Used to, you would get a big whiff of mothball scent when you’d open the a/c doors. Not so much anymore. We’ve taken precautions to ensure our stored items won’t get bugs, but it would be nice if the owners also treat their property. They’ve had a really bad mole problem last few months, but because the grass is so tall, you can’t even see all the molehills. Ant piles, flying bugs, wasps/hornet nests, spiders, etc. If they keep it unchecked like this, it will likely bring larger rodents like wolf spiders, mice/rats, possums, raccoons, etc.We’ve never had issues with the gate opening/closing or codes as we had with the previous owners. We’ve never had any issues with anyone trying to tamper with units or break-in. It does seem like a safe area. But because of all the other technical issues with their phone and website not working, I have concerns that their security cameras are even working properly.I hate to leave such a long negative review. I wish we could just contact the owners to resolve some of these issues, but they’ve made it impossible to reach them by phone or website. My husband has met the owner and he seems like a friendly person. Hopefully, they will reach out to us and correct some of the issues. If they do, I’ll update my review.

Great location with solid concrete driveways. Security camera and gate code. Very well maintained and the staff is awesome. I would definitely rent from them again if needed. The owner was available for any questions I had and walked me through the sign up.
