The manager is AWESOME!!!!! I always get treated well here and get a wealth of information about the products I'm buying! This is my favorite place! I drive from Gladewater to Lindale for my purchases because it's worth it to me!

For one the open sign wasn’t on. 2 the shop employee was absolutely no help 3 you can’t just get yourself some papers you have to minimum spend 5$ with a card. Scammers will tell everyone I know to go to arc Angel

Pretty disappointed. I just purchased 3.5g indica Bake disposable, & once I got home with it & opened it, I found out it's already been opened and used. an hour+ away, so even if they offer an exchange, I can't get it done any time soon. I'm not sure I'll be back. Opened/used disposables seem like a health risk . . . I hope they're more careful. -- they seem have a large selection at average prices, otherwise. Girl at the counter was nice as well, & they now offer a card punch point system for discounts. EDIT - Went ahead & tried using it, and it's not working. Wasted $65 & that's my biweekly herb budget. Thanks alot.June 24 - the package inside the box that holds the disposable was already open. This wasn't a case of seaping.

Over charges!!! My husband went in for a Smok Nord 4 and they charged him $70!!! Go to Brain's or Paradise!! They charge reasonably!

Every time I go in I’m always greeted with a smile. And Elizabeth is awesome! She knows all the products. Does t pressure you to buy something you’re not sure about. Very friendly but professional. I’ve had some issues with my coils in the new vape I purchased from her and she’s been amazing at trying to figure out the problem. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I’m so glad y’all opened a store in Lindale. Now I don't have to drive all the way into Tyler. To the owners your whole staff is amazing! But you need more of a juice selection. Like adding The One or Sad boy.

Back in April I purchased an electric oil rig from them brand name “ripple” I highly recommended not purchasing that item; or anything for that matter if you get a defective item. Bought this item and battery crapped out within 2-3 hours of ownership and after literally one use. Called and attempted a refund; “managment” was supposed to call me back and never did. I live out of state and had to leave the next day before they opened. Attempted several calls with no success of answering the next day. Had to open a dispute with my card due to them not wanting to honor a defective item. DONT SHOP HERE! If you buy a defective item; even if it breaks within a day they’ll refuse a refund. Terrible customer service.
