The rock roads are a little dusty but its VERY well maintained. I've never seen a piece of trash or weeds by my unit in a couple years. I get a spider once in awhile but that's to be expected. There are no roaches, scorpions or mice. Its easy to get in and out (lots of space). The gate code for regular storage units has open and close time. If rent an RV spot you can get in 24/7. I used to be a truck driver and parked my tractor there once a month for three days. My friend picked me up and dropped me off at my truck. LOVED IT! Five stars all the way!
