Overall not a good experience. Turns out the were misssing items when they filed, they had us bring in the missing documents but failed to tell us there was a new balance owed and then we got a notice in the mail saying we owe another few thousand with late fees/ interest, and of course they don’t pay those unless you bought their “peace of mind” insurance. We were better off using turbo tax like we always have in the past.
On a side note, lisa was nice and helpful.

Talked to the girl up there and had a phone appointment set and I never received the call from him. That was three days ago.

Connie is very good. She looks after us every year. However be prepared to be able to hear whatever is discussed in the next cubicle as the sound proofing is dire.

I went to HR hoping it was going to make it easier. But ended up getting charged almost all what I was getting back. And for something their tax professional said was a very easy, straight forward process for my particular case.

The staff is friendly and works to insure you fully understand the process. If there is a part that gets confusing, they work together to explain the situation completely so that you are aware of what's happening. Great people great service
