Upon contacting this companies “sales team” on three separate occasions trying to obtain their service, I still get no response. I am not yet a customer and cannot get their attention. I could only imagine what it would be like to already be one of their customers.

So far so good! Had an outage issue about a week after install. Tech came out, fixed it within 30 minutes. Great choice for those of us that live where dsl/fiber is not available.

I looked into the rates for having antnena installed and Halls Communications had the best rate bar none over anyone in the DFW area. The installer went out of his way to install the antenna when he could have come back another day. It seems we didn't have the right piece he needed to make sure the antenna was securely attached to the pole and he found somehting that he had in his truck and made it work. I wouild highly recommnend Halls to anyone looking to get an antenna installed for their home or business.

We started using Hall’s when all the Covid started. Like March of 2020. They have been amazing with everything. Best pricing and awesome service. Never an overage and never has service gone down and we are completely surrounded by trees at our house.

What can I say absolutely horrible. Had an appointment set for 12pm-2pm window. Installer shows up at my door with no warning at 9am. Dealt with it though let him in and started the project. My installer did his best but his company had supplied the correct tools nor resources for him to do the job. He had to lug a 20 ft mast onto a 40 ft roof by himself. My roof is about a grade 10 roof which if you know is crazy and they had him doing it alone. He installed the mast very nicely and the box to the pole. After that I have nothing good let to say.was told that he had installed many helium miners. But some how my antena isn’t even grounded. When I asked why I was told cause it was a nicer house it wasn’t necessary cause the wires have “built in”All it has been is bait and switch and having to over come barriers because they take jobs they can’t service correctly. Thy did not ground my antenna and literary have my miner at risk as www speak. If you trying to do an outdoor install I urge you to find a new company for this company will ruin your bottom line.

If the owner, John Hall, would get off social media and stop harassing women 6 months after canceling service- they might have a better company. He has posted false, bad reviews on my business page and continues to harass me. The only thing I ever did was call to get updates after 3 days no service and no explanation and they decided to block my number and cancel my service even though I was paid up in advance. This borders on the line of criminal behavior. BEWARE!!! Instead of contacting me or actually handling my issue directly like a business- he posts this on my business page- proving he handles business like a child!

Beware beware!!! Owner is a criminal, has harassed me 6 months after canceled service because I posted an honest review 7 months or so ago. They refused to answer why I had no service for over 3 days and blocked my number and shut my service off. Then harass my business for 6 months!

took 2 trips out here and $500 total to install a 2nd antenna the 2nd trip. We were only trying to get better reception on Tyler broadcast stations. seems simple enough? We ended up getting ch 7 occasionally, but only if weather conditions are right. it's still not working tonight. John said they could get all the local channels for us. seems a case of oversold & underdelivered. i'll call Kerry Harris in Athens
