Called to ask about microblading eyebrows was told $350 and Nina will be the one doing them.
Called afterwards to cancel. only to find out
1. Our appointment was never set up
2. They don’t even do microblading there!

Had my nails for 3 days and 4 already popped off. my nail cracked and the lady still dipped over it instead of fixing it! my nails at the top lifted the next day at the cuticle area. i payed 67 for these nails for such a bad result!! the lady was nice and gentle but still didn’t do my nails how i’ve had before!! i have had to glue 4 back on!!

Terrible experience. Had a gentleman who over filed my nails several times. I kept telling him to stop and he continued to do the same thing. He ended up giving me bruises on my fingernails. He also didn’t go to the cuticle with the dip so it looks like the nails are already a week on versus freshly done. I told the girl that I’m extremely dissatisfied and in pain from the experience and she said “oh”
I called to request to connect with the manager or owner and was told they will call me back and they never did. Definitely not returning here again. Absolutely awful!!!!

My experience today was absolutely horrible! First off, I am somebody who struggles with anxiety tremendously. I have chewed my nails for years. I have my anniversary next week and I wanted to get my nails done to feel a little bit better about myself and my toes. Being, I bite my nails, and I pick my toes, I apologize to the lady immediately saying my nails were short. She proceeded to let the lady know that I bite my nails and I bite my toes. They talked about it and laughed while they both looked at my toes while she was working on them. Then another girl came from across the shop and she sat in the chair next to me With them, looking at my toes And laughing and talking. This is not something I am assuming they were speaking another language and then said “she chew nail” and “she chew toe nail”! I have never been so embarrassed in my life! They wouldn’t let me put acrylics on all of my toes, which is what I wanted because they were so short so now I’m left with one nail with acrylics on and the rest of them are my regular nail. It looks horrible.! we move on to do my manicure where I got nicked several times which I understand does happen. my nails look horrible. They look like they have multiple layers. They’re bumpy. None of them are the same shape underneath my nails still has buildup. The sides of my nails weren’t painted, and not one of my nails is shaped the same way. I would never recommend anybody to go here ever again! It killed me not to leave a tip but $105 and I feel horrible about myself!

Nail tech was rude, talking to other tech about biting nails, didn't do what I asked and did a horrible job. Paid a $100 for a $10 job

Quality = Sucks Nail tech should listen to the customer. I've NEVER had a set of nails that were so poorly done. My 12 yr old granddaughter could've done a better job. I will never go back noe recommend them.

My 1st time there. Not a good experience. My granddaughter was with me & her nails were pretty. I got an American Dip. She cut my natural nails
wayyy back. Put on tips & my nails are wavy & they look terrible. I won't go back.

This place used to be excellent, but they have all new employees that are not half as good as those who worked there before. They used to do a salt sugar scrub on your legs, then massage with lotion. Now they are mixing the salt/sugar scrub with the lotion, which defeats the purpose of the scrub. This was once a place we used to take our friends and family when they visited from out of town. Now it's a place we will never use again. So sad that their service is now sub-standard!!!

I have been going here for just a little over 1.5 years now. And I have always paid the same price consistently. I’ve always gotten a deluxe pedi ($40) with my dip manicure nails ($45 with tip nails) total being $85. News to me I show up paying $10 more with (additional tip in cash).
This time I got multi color polish for additional $5 (understandable) but charging me for a round shape? When was this a thing?! They do amazing work! And this is one place I was hoping that wouldn’t waiver from their prices, but nickeling and diming customers is not a way to keep the business going. Very disappointed at this visit. It’s sad that from now on when I want round shape that I’ll have to ask if this will be an additional charge. Because it hasn’t in the past for me.

I got the Herbal Pedicure here with Tony as my technician, and it was AMAZING!!! My legs and feet are so soft, the hot stone massage was very relaxing, and my nails look beautiful! Great place that we'll be visiting again for sure.

There's potential to be good, but it misses the mark for me.
The good: GREAT pedicure & SUPER sweet lady. Sat down and she brought over a coke and water straight away which was greatly appreciated. When the other lady switched off the food channel I had been watching, the pedicurist kindly asked her to turn it back on and the other lady rudely refused because "she has her phone out" (I may not speak their language, but I can pay attention to body language and finger pointing) and the pedicurist apologized profusely, but I told her not to worry. It wasn't the end of the world, however, it was kind of her to smooth that over.
The bad: Terrible shellac mani. You can see where it's gloopy because of poor application & the brand's top coat must've not been used because there's bubbles now on nearly every nail. The manicurist used her own thumbnail to clean the edges rather than a small brush and when I addressed the issue of where the nail is showing I was told "we can paint over it to fix that." At $125 (mani & pedi) why is it not being redone? I don't want 7 layers of nail polish. Didn't argue, I just paid it and leaving this review so others don't make my mistake.
Also, really weird but there was a guy walking around without a shirt on and that made me a bit uncomfortable. Sir, this is a nail salon not the pool!

I’ve had several good pedicures from here but today was awful. The guy I had was new and he was watching a show in his phone the whole time. Didn’t even massage my legs. He did a pitiful job for a deluxe pedi. Very dissatisfied ?Service: Pedicure
