Today I went to the branch in lindale to deposit a check into my account I was profiled by the way I looked and the amount of money written on the check keep in mind I've banked with first convenience for 4 years and have had checks deposited over the amount of $5000 never had and issue. The young women that were supposed to take care of me made every excuse why they couldn't deposit my check I will not go back to lindale bank you guys need to train your employees about customer service

Staff is super nice but I think it's ironic that it's called first Convenience but there's no drive-thru. It's not very convenient. Still, the staff is awesome!

You would be better off letting a dope fiend hold on to your money. I started an account a few years ago hoping to use it as an account to save money for my daughter. Right away I had problems logging into my account online. Literally every time I logged on I had to reset my password. It was a nightmare. No one could fix it or even cared too. I tried over time I tried closing the account at the branch desk inside Walmart but they made it so difficult and time consuming that I have up the first two times. The third time I succeeded only to find out they had been charging me monthly fees over that last year which depleted my account to almost nothing. The only good thing about them is that most of the tellers were nice. Other than that, two thumbs down. In the end the bank was useless, difficult and stole my money. I couldn’t be anymore disgusted with them. I definitely let Walmart know. Lindale is better than this. First national bank needs to find a new home.

I don't know what the problem is every time I go to first convenience in Walmart , BRANCH MANAGER CHAVEZ GIVES me a hard time, always a hassle, don't go there, will withdraw from it soon

This bank is a waste of time not a bank just a place to put your money for them to use and take fees like no other then say its your fault they can't help you is the first go to for them I still bank with them at this moment hoping that they see this and wonder why would he write this cause a father of 5 this bank has not only stole for me but my kids awell no bank is what they use to be

I've had 1st convenience for a few years and I have had nothing but trouble. My account was hacked multiple times on multiple occasions and my debt card was shut off multiple times with out warning. And now I didn't have money going into that account for a while and so in return they shut my debt card off. Im going tomorrow and closing this account.

Banked with this place back in 2013. Definitely the worst service and treatment I'd had from a bank before.

Inside employees are rude and not helpful. I drive all the way across town to bank about 21 miles when its only 6 miles to Lindale. They act like they care about your accounts even tho there's not a whole lot in yours. Thank you
