The cleaning chemical used is so potent you leave smelling like the store. As a bonus, their breakfast sandwiches also taste like the chemical they clean with, rough.

I don't usually patronize this store, but I went in today because of the big balloon announcing their Grand Opening after being sold to a new owner, I'm told. The first thing to hit me was the unappealing music being blasted inside. I was in need of some milk, but I didn't buy any when I noticed that the half-gallons were out of date. They had the date April 09 stamped on them. Today is April 16. I won't be back anytime soon.

Visited while en route to Dallas. Charity is very rude and unwelcoming. Waited at the counter for 2 minutes while she looked at recipts. If she would have communicated then I would have understood. When she began to finally check me out she did not say anything. She looked very mad. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but not appropriate to be rude to customers. The bathrooms were filthy and I had to go somewhere else. Most importantly, customer service is terrible.

This review is strictly for the gas prices and restrooms.We stopped here for gas and to use the restrooms. The gas prices were cheap, especially compared to other gas stations in the area, and gas stations in other cities.The restroom facilities were also clean and not grungy at all.

I made the mistake of stopping here, knowing better. My experience before at this Exxon/7-11 as well as others in the area has been ALL BAD. I don’t understand how their competition can hire so much more polite, courteous, and friendly staff as well as keeping the place cleaner. The staff is just awful.

This place is never organized, short on products; mainly because it’s sitting out everywhere and nobody puts it away. I honestly don’t blame the employee, I believe it’s poor management and short-staffed. The exterior door closest to the bathrooms is often locked during business hours. Gas is a lot higher than 2 exits down on 20.

Stopped in for drinks and to clean the windshield. Every trash can at the pumps was overflowing and all of the window washing stations were empty. Went inside and trash was EVERYWHERE around the fountain drinks. Chips were thrown around the nacho station. This place needs some help from a decent manager.

The amazing thing about 7/11 is they can take over a gas station or build a new one and, two weeks later, it looks like it's 20 years old. Bare shelves, no TP or soap in the bathroom, poor selection of products. It's like an exhilarating step back in time to 1979 and that corner gas station in the bad part of town where you weren't sure whether you'd get your Slurpee, contract a Staph infection, get robbed or all three.

This is NOT an Exxon, it is a 7-11. It was moderately shitty when it was a Kidd Jones/Valero, but after switching to a 7-11 2 years ago, it took a nosedive so steep it needs to be studied in textbooks. 1. Cashier indifference- 9/10. Hard to judge- they're such a revolving door of castmates. I don't bother to learn their names anymore.2. Setup- 1/10. Coffee tureens are often empty 2. Took a year, but there is FINALLY sugar for your coffee now!! Lines for checking out have doubled. 3. Gas Pumps-1/10. No exaggeration- In the past 2 months, the windshield cleaning stations have been 100% EMPTY of fluid. Windshield-cleaning Sponge things have been BONE DRY. Garbage cans are constantly overflowing. The 1/10 is because they don't have commercials at the pumps- YET. At this point, I assume they're just planning on phasing them out. Why else completly stop refilling the windshield stations? 4. Holy Balls, is there ANY sort of manager/leader running this place?
