I called and left a VM on Saturday morning about a vehicle on the lot and never got a call back so I drove to Lindale the following Tuesday to inquire about the truck and they said it was being serviced and they would call me back after it was checked out, they never called me back either! I drove past the lot again a few days later and the truck was on the lot for sale. I just figured they didn't want to sell me a vehicle! I wanted to trade my Nissan in and I was told it wasn't a good car and they couldn't trade on it because that year model had issues in the past. I also had cash money to put down besides the car. I really don't understand why I was given such a cold shoulder and it left me feeling like my business wasn't wanted or needed. I just really need a new truck and one that gets good gas mileage and that would be dependable.. I'll probably never know why my business was turned down. I thought I was in good standing with the dealership. Apparently I'm not. So I'll just take my business elsewhere. Sorry guys, I didn't expect this.

Horrible place. They sold us a van that only ran for a day. Literally not even that long we had to pull the transmission replace the flywheel that wasn't correct we had to replace the starter twice that it burnt it up, the windshield wipers don't work the ac doesn't work, the rear end is not correct, we just got the high beams to work. They told us that everything worked. What they did was rig everything so that it would work long enough to sell. They are trash!!!!!

Gram was absolutely amazing to deal with, had an answer for every question I had, and even taught me a thing or two about what I was looking for! 10/10 would recommend this dealership!

The first time I bought a vehicle here it drove wonderful for over a year but it had a recall for electrical problems. I gave this place another chance being that the last car never left me stranded. I bought a newer car after I purchased it I researched it and this one as well had 4 major recalls including engine failure. The dealership (not eagle auto) is going to attempt to fix it. Unfortunately it's not a guarantee. Please do a check on all vehicles before you give him any money. He doesn't warn you. Now I may be out over $7k.

Friendly owner but be careful. Many of the cars he sells he buys cheap at auctions. Many have safety recalls. He will not tell you about. Your car works for a bit then you are blind sided. Please research any vehicle here. Very unprofessional.
