This is the rudest most non customer friendly pharmacy. I switched pharmacies due to the rudeness here. Unfortunately my loved ones still use them and I hate calling them or dealing with this Brookshires Pharmacy in Lindale. It is a shame how customers get treated here.

Even if I had the ability to gather all the positive affirmations I still wouldn't come close to fully expressing how amazing everyone is at assuring my pharmacy needs are met. I sincerely appreciate everything they do for my hubby and me.

Very slow and the staff never smiles nor are they warm and welcoming. I moved from Tyler and transferred my RX’a from Super One in Tyler to Brookshires in Lindale. I would rather drive and hour to pick a prescription then return back to this pharmacy. I placed my refill on Wednesday via electronic on Wednesday and one of my meds won’t be ready until Monday because they only got the one request and not sure where the other went. I have NEVER had one issue at Super One and they are the nicest associates.

I have used Brookshires pharmacy for 10+ years and it has become the worst pharmacy in Lindale. The drive thru is painfully slow to the point that it is a complete inconvenience to use. Due to the ridiculously slow wait time in the drive thru, it causes traffic to be backed up in front of the store resulting in an extremely congested parking lot. Also, when you pull up to the window, you better press the call button or you will be ignored until you do. Lastly, when you do finally get to the drive thru window and you have pressed the call button, do not expect a friendly or helpful voice on the other end. I have given the benefit of the doubt countless times to give them a fair chance but each time the service is slower and more rude than the last, so, I will no longer be using Brookshires pharmacy and will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy in lindale.

Extremely slow and makes everything as difficult as possible. Pharmacy manager, Rich, is the only person there with any common sense and is the pharmacy manager. Everyone else there has a God complex and makes something simple very difficult. Talk to Rich if you want to be treated like a customer instead of a patient. Unfortunately he is not there every day. Several pharmacies in Lindale are much better.

Worse pharmacy I've ever been to. They never have medications in stock and have to order it. The staff is rude and act like they are put out when helping you. They lost my husbands prescription. Total incompetence!!!
