Absolute Trash. The store manager hung up on me because they made a mistake. I would never go to this store. Jared is the manager I'm talking about. Absolute garbage.

I switched my entire family's phones to AT&T last month. I purchased 5 phones. They completely set up my phones incorrectly. They set me up with a business account, which is way more expensive. I was told I would have a credit for porting each number and "wouldn't have a bill for several months". This is incorrect, this is split over 36 months. I received a bill for over 500$! Upon contact with AT&T over the phone, they tell me they cannot change business account I have to contact the store. I called the store, they cannot help me and I have to go in. I work out of town and will not be back for over a month and unable to go into the store. I asked for supervisor, and was told they were too busy to help me. I was hung up on. So basically I'm stuck with phone service that I'm being charged double for and there is nothing I can do about it. Oh and I cannot cancel, I'm under contract. Great customer service AT&T Lindale!! Drive to Tyler, don't stop here.

I came in to upgrade my phone and it couldn’t have been easier! The guys there were helpful and quick. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes which I can always appreciate. Thank you!
