I truly have to say that this was the best Vet we have ever been to. We moved to TX from a big city and it was very hard adjusting at first. Our dog was getting very sick and every day it seemed like there was something new wrong. From the front desk to Doc, they are all around amazing people. They take time with the animals and give the best advice! We boarded are dog quite a few times for vacation reasons and even though he is terrified of vets (separation anxiety) they did a great job with him! We will definitely miss them taking care of our boy! Highly recommend!! 10/10!

My baby chewy loves going to them! Even when I board him he gets excited when we go inside the building and I definitely trust them with him they take real good care of him!

I took my husband's puppy to this vet a few years ago. I was still a teenager at the time and was by myself. My dog was extremely sick, I was distraught and the first question asked to me by the main vet lady was, "How do you plan on paying for this?" They ran a few tests, gave her fluids and told us there was nothing else they could do. She passed away not long after we got her home. The vet's assistants were extremely kind and patient, one even cried with me. However, the two main veterinarians had terrible bedside manner and were mainly concerned with how I was going to cover the cost of the visit. I never post reviews and it's been a long time since this happened, but after hearing other close friends' experiences I felt the need.

Let me start off with that I NEVER write reviews. Dr. Dow and his staff are absolutely incredible. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with them. I would put all of my trust in this clinic to take care of my fur baby. They’re always so pleasant and eager to help. I recently got my GSD, Hades, neutered (he is also cryptorchid), the staff always kept me updated and never acted like I was an inconvenience. They even sent me an update photo of him since he had to stay overnight, to put me at ease. They are super polite and make sure you have all the information you need and do not make you feel d**** I’ve been through multiple vet clinics in different states and I can say with confidence that they are by far the best. Thank you Dr. Dow, Mrs. Dow, and staff for always giving my dog and my dads dog the best care.

Very nice staff, I had an emergency that my own vet couldn't see me for so we went to Animal hospital of lindale. They explained everything to me very well and were extremely fast at seeing us. Definitely recommend for any animal needs.

I wanted to write a 5 star raving review. The Doctor was outstanding, took care of my cat in ways that simply astounded me, gave me clear information that addressed concerns and issues. I walked out of the examination room ready to rave to anyone who would listen, and thought I'd found the vet for our cats.Then I opened the door to the exam room and a blast of cigarette smoke coming out of (I believe) the office manager/head nurse's office slammed me in the face. I have an allergy to those things, and my wife and I are both *very* not OK with having our pets in an indoor environment with them.So, if you don't mind indoor smoking, I can still recommend this place on both the skill of the Doctor and on price. If you can't deal with it, you'll have to look elsewhere.

Office manager is a horribly rude person. Treats other veterinary professionals very poorly. Condescending and insulting. If she treats colleagues this way, how does she treat clients? Badly, according to the reviews above. If I lived in this area and needed a vet, I would go elsewhere.

This business is the worst place ever to take your animal for boarding. I made arrangements to have my dog boarded there prior to my business leave. I have recently moved here and unfortunately tried other places, but they were booked. Now I know why there was availability here. This business is extremely unprofessional and rude. I provided my dogs transcripts and let them know ahead of time my dog has aggression / separation anxiety. They over the phone were ok with that. I even stated if you need to give her meds to help - by all means do so as I don't want her to stress. 3 hours after dropping her off- Beverly calls me with total aggressiveness telling me that I need to come get my dog (while I am at the DFW airport going through TSA) now. The other dogs are barking, and it is making my dog aggressive. I told her my situation and she stated that is not her problem and that I needed to get my dog now immediately. She actually said: " You need to pick her up now! She is your responsibility and I will not keep her here!" in the nastiest tone. So far, everyone I have met here is amazing. Being new to the area, I don't have anyone to call. Luckily, I had someone able to pick her up within the hour, but the way this place handles everything EXTREMELY POOR. which obviously my dog sensed their energy. My dog has been seen by Lindale Animal Clinic and they were amazing with her. If you need services, My recommendation is LAC by far. I will never set foot in this place even if my dog was dying!! My dog is a family member to me but here - THATS NOT THE CASE!!!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing on a regular day. Yet today our beloved husky took a turn for the worst. Yet, despite it not being a day they normally open they came in and helped us relive our beloved Echo of any more pain. We will forever be grateful for their compassion for our family (including our animals).
