The people at the store were very helpful but we switched providers due to Verizon overcharging us and payed all devices off and was going to roll over one phone to new provider but Verizon would not unlock the phone so we could use it so we had to buy another phone so my wife would have a phone and the phone is still locked we had to wait on the phone for 3 hours with tech support and still no results very poor customer service with corporate service and we also have a 80 dollar credit that we will probably have to fight to get back we have been with Verizon for a long time but would not go back to them if they were the only company around

Not good at all. They need to upgrade their system so that major purchases can be done. Never was able to buy my phone.
OK Update. I went today and was able to purchase my phone. Customer service was excellent and I was out in no time.
I have been with Verizon since they were Houston Cellular and I believe it the best phone service, especially in my area.

Never had the best experience here. I understand the name of the game of sales is flattery and fake emotions, but you can scrape off the falsehood with a butterknife. I prefer reality over begging me to get some inane services I will never need.

Couldn't have had better service personel that I could have asked for. I'm not one that takes things lightly but they made it bearable and I never got upset about the situation because they done every thing in their power to fix a very twisted and messed up situation at NO FAULT of mine it just one of those things where yo have to stop and tell ya self their trying their best and their helping you. I work for a very reputable company but our clients shouldn't hold the corporations policies against the working individual(s). I was treated very well and they all worked together as a single unit. ! (IGY6) ! They got the job done. Thanks to EVERYONE who was involved with my case. Thank yall.Trent

We walked in to get info on mobile service while traveling International. But the sales person Hasem, was not knowledgeable with much information at all, he was more interested in selling us Internet Service for our home address than answering our questions about international travel options and then on comparing new phones because I was planning to buy a new phone. I told him to "sell me a phone" from the 3 new Samsung phones they carried but he took my approach as a bad attitude and told me he didn't appreciate my attitude. He did say he didn't know Samsung phones, so it seems that it was easier for him to assume I had an attitude and not assist me than to admit that he was unfamiliar with the products he sells and have to get the other salesperson to assist me.I didn't appreciate his ignorance as a sales person, not at all. I'll keep me S9 for now and go buy a new phone from another Verizon store in Pasadena.BAD customer service, don't go with Hasem for any help, go with the other guy instead!

First off, I'm no Karen! Just an ol country boy out in Devers. First review ever on yelp. First off, the 3 stars is only because of our first trip July 31st was pleasant. Don't know the guys name, but big and tall with a beard, mid 20's. He was great and helped us switch to Verizon from ATT.Today, I wanted to upgrade to a iPhone 13. Luck of the draw or bad luck I should say, we drew Jessica! Just a rotten attitude with zero manners! As we was looking at the displays and asking questions, every answer was in a rude tone like she was getting aggravated with us asking questions. "I said push that icon"! So then I picked the iPhone 13 max (2nd from the end), didn't realize until the purchase was made and I pulled the phone out of the box that it was a max plus. When I brought it to her attention, just as snotty as can be "that's the one you said you wanted". WRONG! Next we're paying cash for the phone and she gives us a total and says there's an additional $100 security deposit. I said I am not paying an additional $100 for something that I'm paying cash for! And then she said the system waived the $100 fee. This one may not be her fault, just sounded a little fishy.Last, the purchase was complete and I asked for help setting it up and transferring from old to new. She started to walk off as I said. Ma'am I need some help setting this up. She replied, "we really don't do that anymore". I said "of course not, bet you ATT still does". She did come back to help and was just rude with everything she said. My wife had to leave the store to keep from going off on Miss Jessica. I'm all about second chances and I manage up to 1600 folks on major projects. Verizon, please train this young lady!!!
