Take 5 is the only place I’ll go to for oil changes and inspections. The experience is consistently top notch at every location: friendly, fast service, *honest* recommendations (!!!) no pressure to get something that isn’t needed, well trained staff.
Did I mention friendly? Happy employees = happy customers!
Shout out to Aaron at the Liberty location ☺️

I had been using take 5 to change my oil,I had one of the guys ask did I want to check the inside cabin air filter I said yes , he started to open glove box I thought it would be simple for me to do myself glad I didn’t he took out everything in my glove box to get to it but he had to take off the side panel next to console plus a piece next to where you plug your phone cord in.
All I can say I’m glad I didn’t take it apart myself Thanks take 5

I have been going to Take 5 pretty much since they came on the scene. The concept of waiting in your car while your oil is changed is genius. The Liberty store goes a step further. Since moving back to Dayton, now I get the small town friendliness to go along with excellent service. How awesome is that!

Service was bad, actually, horrible. I had to keep asking about my oil sticker, asking to reset my oil percentage, to check my cabin filter, can you add air to my tires and other things. I wouldn't recommand no one to go to the location in Liberty, TX. Ive been to other Take 5s locatoins and the service was great. The Liberty location needs to set it up.

Went in for oil change and was Surprised when the next day we raised the hood and discovered they had sloshed oil all over the engine in the car. There was a tremendous amount of oil all over the ignition coils and all around it. The guy didn't bother to clean it up or let us know for That matter that it happened. I tried to call the store the rest of the day and left many messages. Still I got nothing. The next morning I started calling and no one answered . Finally at around 11:30 a man answered and said the manager was at lunch and would call me when she got back. Never heard from her. Later in the evening the district manager called me and said he was going to take care of it. I couldn't believe the service we got there . Been using this store for ever with all of our vehicles. No more!!! Can't let someone like that ruin my vehicles . BEWARE
