“I have a smartphone model that isn't made anymore and I would rather suck rocks than deal with switching to new phone, my screen was cracked a couple different ways and my port wouldn't connect anymore, I thought I would have to go into Humble to get it fixed so I put it off for 9 months, CPR ordered my parts which only took a couple days he had it all fixed up in 2 hours, good service it wasn't cheap but I felt like it was worth it considering the damage and the model but it was a great experience and I felt my phone was in good hands no issues and only was without my phone for 2 hours awesome”

“Man... I don’t have words.. Chris, was the most kind hearted sales rep we’ve ever made contact with. My sisters husband had just left her minutes before she walked into cricket. She had $100 to her name which was borrowed from a friend. He locked her out, took off with her belongings such as her phone and keys. She needed a phone and a place to stay that night. Unfortunately the hotel being $47 and the phone being $80, Chris blessed my sister by helping her with the remaining. He went out of his way to help out someone from the community.
