I am a police officer and my police motorcycle rear tire was going flat. They are not a motorcycle shop but I stopped and took a chance. They got the nail out, plugged my tire and got me back on the road. Super friendly staff and they definitely back the blue.

My Ford F150 had an oil pressure failure, I had AAA tow it to a shop, that shop called me and said my engine was shot, I needed a new engine and it would cost $9,000.00 dollars. Great staff and James especially worked with me on getting an affordable price. They were quick and even though I had to leave it over the weekend it was an overall great experience. There's lots more work to be done on my truck, but I'm definitely taking it back to them to fix.

The best customer service I’ve seen in so long. They helped my mom even get into her car after she locked the keys inside. Also sent a kind follow up text to make sure she made it home safely. Don’t let women take cars there, had her go in for alignment they say it needs 5k in work without it an alignment sheet, $140 wasted. Oh we just did a diag but it doesn’t need anything they listed.

5/7/24- I am pleased with the excellent service I received from Hometown Auto in Liberty, TX. with major issues on my vehicle. They were prompt, courteous with detailed information explaining the issue. It is refreshing to find auto repair service that treats customers fairly on the prices and cost. They corrected an issue also that a former auto service did not take care of.
