On a Friday night at 6:40pm in liberty Texas the store is closed. I came to pay my phone and the store is not closed at 8pm and not even 9pm. Thx for the inconvenience so when are the store hours not what's listed.

Spent 140.00 for hotspot, on phone with cricket nearly everyday. Would say connect/no internet.

Took my Hotspot to get activated, they put a SIM card in it, charged me $79, gave it back to me with no service, I gave it back to them, they did they're routine of trouble shooting it, still no service and said sorry no refund talk to our team online or call, days later still trying to get my money back.

Went to the location in Liberty about a month ago to get a new phone and change the phone number. Was there about 2 hours with the sales associate Patricia. I tried not get irritated or frustrated while I was in that location now about a month later I get my bill from cricket and the bill is not what it normally is. The bill was more expensive. She messed up my account and they charged me more then normal. She did not know what she was doing.

Man... I don’t have words.. Chris, was the most kind hearted sales rep we’ve ever made contact with. My sisters husband had just left her minutes before she walked into cricket. She had $100 to her name which was borrowed from a friend. He locked her out, took off with her belongings such as her phone and keys. She needed a phone and a place to stay that night. Unfortunately the hotel being $47 and the phone being $80, Chris blessed my sister by helping her with the remaining. He went out of his way to help out someone from the community. Chris is a perfect example of what a small town manager is all about. Unfortunately due to me working out of town, I haven’t had the pleasure to meet you but soon. We will send as many people as we know to do business with Chris at this location. Thank you Chris for everything you do!
