Horrible place, Manager rude and lied to their corporate office when I called and complained. Love boot barn but will never shop at this store again! Just an update, this manager said they would not take back the boots we bought a day ago because they were worn. When I called the corporate office, they called her and she said there were marks on the boots. Which was a lie. I took them to the Livingston store and they refunded me my money with no questions asked and no lies about the shoes being worn. Boot Barn has a big problem with this manager. I will never shop at this store again!

If you've been in a Cavenders, this is basically just like it. Great western wear store with a huge selection that provides excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to go to a wedding in San Luis Potosi, and luckily the girl that helped me was from there. She knew exactly what I needed and hooked me up, and I was the best dressed there besides the bride & groom. This is where I'll go from now on!

This place exceeded my expectations 100%! I came here looking for an outfit for my mom’s 60th western & chic birthday party and came out with everything I needed. I will be back and will be referring others. Customer service is phenomenal and the inside was so clean and organized!

I came in one morning and had the pleasure to work with 2 wonderful ladies, Leslee and Sandra! I was looking for an outfit that could wear out. We discussed options and the ladies went to work. I didn't have to look for anything. They brought it all to me and would give me feedback as I would give them. We had awesome time. Leslee and Sandra were very professional but fun. We had a lot of laughs. I've been in sales for 15 years and can tell. You have to amazing sales girls. Thank you Leslee and Sandra! And thank you Bootbarn!
