I just had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Liberty Texas! Store Manager Bobby Grissom and his team exude customer service and you can feel it the minute you are greeted by the first person. They were a great help with a turn signal bulb for the front end! THANK YOU!!

I am the caretaker for my elderly Auntie who needed help with a car part but has limited English language skills. The store Associate Melissa Lozano was able to guide her with information she needed both by phone and the Spanish website navigation. I stopped by here to pick a new set of windshield wipers. Bobby, the manager, is the guy to see.When I bought the blades, he offered to install them for me.When it wax discovered I was sold the wrong ones, even after looking in the system.Bobby quickly corrected the issue, got me the correct one and installed them for me in no time.
