I love that I can't drop off a package that's 6.5 inches at the longest side after hours because of how small the parcel drop is and that the outdoor boxes have had their intake slots reduced 95% to stop stupid Americans from screwing with them. Thanks!

Placed a mail hold and my mail was never delivered. This is not the first time. I frequently get other neighbors mail and mail for the residents that used to live here even though there’s a notice on the mailbox with their new address.

Everyone said it and it happens every time. If it's a package the mail delivery person will not drive and find the lot even tho they are all marked. Puts as attempted delivery, driveway not accessible and gets stuck in a loop. Completely unacceptable and lazy.

As someone who has been using the Liberty Hill post office in current and previous locations for more than 40 years, I can understand some of the older reviews and the negative comments. HOWEVER, times have changed dramatically recently. I now rate this post office as the best I have ever dealt with. I challenge anyone to complain about customer service today. Bob has an amazing, responsive, always pleasant attitude, and gives an extraordinary level of service. Lenni is a very sweet woman who always has the customer's needs front and center. Krista is simply one of the genuinely nicest people I have ever dealt with and for a 20+ year veteran of the postal service, her dedication, competence, and personalized attention to the needs of each person who visits is beyond any expectation. Currently the level of incompetence that these people deal with has to be a constant source of frustration, but you would never know it from their smiling faces and calm demeanor. I am not a reviewer normally, but when I saw the low rating I had to speak up. This place is a 5/5 all the way now. I hope others will agree and post their own good reviews and get the score up where it belongs today.

In our neighborhood alone at least once a week a package is scanned in the box as delivered and nothing is delivered. This has gone on for at least 6 months, many deliveries just appear missing. When trying to get resolution or help the post office has been awful, defensive and extremely rude. Clearly there is something going on and the management here is choosing not to see it or they are in involved.

Carrier admittedly delivered to the wrong house, "attempts" to collect it next day with no luck, then they deny my claim for my missing package.... customer service doesn't exist here

I was waiting for prescription dog food that was delivered by USPS however when I went to pick up mail there was no key to open large bin. Confirmed by a call to post office in liberty hill that postal worker scanned it to my mailbox area but the key was not put in my box. I asked when it would be and all he said was today. Nov 14. I checked at 3:45pm and key wasn’t there. Called post office to find out status as they closed at 4:30pm. Called several times and let it ring and no one picked up, and no voice mail. I believe that my call was intentionally ignored. There’s no customer service here!

I always have such a great experience when I call or go to this post office. They’re always so helpful and take their time to offer me solutions. So grateful for them!
