“I had a flat tire and went to Discount Tire. They informed me it would take 2 hours due to priority. Later, they said they couldn't open the lug nut because the threads were gone. I left and took my car to Kabana. They asked me to come back after 30 minutes, but I waited an additional 15 minutes for the technician to finish a meeting. However, when he came back, he fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes and managed to open the lug nut in a minute. He didn't charge me for the wait, which showed his commitment. I really appreciated the excellent service.”

“I have been to discount tire in leander since it opened . I went to get a new set of tires for my 2013 chevy truck on 6/18/24...got there at 745am and ther were about 12 people in line waiting for them to open at 8 am . All I can say is they have the best customer service I've ever seen out of a company. I was really impressed with how friendly each employee was to each customer....including the ones putting tires on ! Got my tires on and really like them alot....thanks discount tire in leander for great customer service from each of your employees . You don't find that anywhere hardly anymore !”

I got there with a screw in my tire and it was leaking, ended up waiting over two hours to have it repaired because internet appointments kept going before me, even though I was there. Evidently walk in traffic does not take priority over internet appointments.”

“I can't thank FabCon enough for great service last week. This is the third year I've taken our 5th wheel RV in for it's annual inspection and bearing repack. Our trailer brake wasn't performing properly, Miles, after a return visit, assured me the trailer brakes were properly adjusted, checked/trouble shot the truck functionality a little bit and suspected something was wrong on that end. I took the truck into Ford and they diagnosed a faulty trailer brake control module which was then replaced (happy I had the extended warranty) so now I'm able to tow safely and confidently. Shop foreman Miles , "went the extra mile" for me in helping to diagnose the problem and ensured my trailer brakes were functioning properly.
