I am a frequent customer as I have two daughters who live in small town Missouri and rural North Caroline. I have had a pleasant experience each and every time I have used thi# location so was surprised to see the negative reviews. I will continue using this location as it is convenient to my home and customer service has been spot on every time.

Always the rudest service and they give the best effort NOT to ship a package. They make up shipping rules or policies each time I have gone here trying to upsell or push their products instead. The 2.8 stars and falling speaks volumes to the people working here and they are obviously being given their customer service training from a manager that encourages these types of behaviors. I wish we had somewhere else in town to go because this place is horrible.

Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck operation. Don't waste your time or money here. Very rude uneducated low IQ group of people. Do your research, start with reading the negative reviews.

it's hard for me to understand that a store that is basically there to offer you customer service in shipping your package is unwilling to help with a simple label removal. I was told that if the remaining labels were not removed completely that they would not ship it. I left and went to another ups store and asked if they could help, she said yes and covered the stick (which was almost completely gone) And that was it. after reading the rest of the reviews I see I'm not the only one who has walked out!

We just moved to Liberty Hill from a large city. We were so excited for a UPS to be close by. I have used them multiple times over the past few months and had nothing but good experiences. They get to Im you when they can and the Amazon returns go so smoothly. I have even used them for printing and faxing. Nothing but good vibes.

Brought a package that I had a label for. Unfortunately my printer wasn't working this morning. I live close so didnt bring my wallet. Surprised to be told it would cost 2 dollars and change to send them the email, and another 29 cents to print their own label. I guess the days of convenience are gone. Charging for an email of their own UPS label is ridiculous!

1st time into this location. The lady penny I believe that's what she said her name was she was really nice/ professional/ no wait at all in/out real quick .she is good at her job /had a smile on her face the whole time .I hope she stays at this location/ I plan on coming back .I had some work copies made /some returns to be done .thank you have a blessed day keep on keeping on the world needs some good people

The associate was very nice, helpful and patient with my many question about shipping to my son on top of the tons of Amazon returns I had. Will definitely be back

I went for the Notary service and lady who works here not helpful at all and I never seen like her in the past in other stores and in fact FedEx much better and I don’t want be here next time.

They have always been kind, courteous and helpful at this location and I will keep going back. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews as I have never had a bad experience, even when I brought my toddler in that had a meltdown in the store. They were still nice and helped me as I tried to deal with the baby screaming.

The experience I had the first time dropping off Amazon returns at this store was absolutely and inexcusably awful. The employee demeaned and belittled me in my attempt to return my Amazon packages, telling me I was wrong about the process of returning my packages. At one point in the 30 minutes I was there, this employee who was training a new employee held the card and shook it very close to my face. What should have been a simple process was turned into a an emotionally exhausting and draining one . The situation ended in the employee being incorrect and actually what I was saying and asking him to do being the correct thing. I will NOT be going to this store again.

I had a package delivered to the store which UPS confirmed was signed by one of the associates. I went to store 30 min post delivery to pick up but the package could not be found. Instead of being helpful to resolve in a customer service manner, I was simply told to call UPS myself, which I am smart enough to figure that out however would have expected more service to resolve since both the manager and employee confirmed she signed for it.

Horrible experience, first the girl behind the counter tried to tell me that I could not ship my package via UPS because I had originally received it via FedEx. Once I explained that to her and that she really could ship it for me she finally understood what I was trying to do. Then she told me I was required to produce a drivers license and after I told her that I had just lost mine outside of the country but could show her my passport she said that they were not allowed to ship anything without a drivers license even though a drivers license is not even a required ID. They need some training
