Walked in today to use my footlong for $6.99 coupon as I normally do. Ordered my sandwich, and when I presented my coupon the girl told me it wasn't working. The date was fine. The sandwich wasn't listed as an excluded sandwich. I've ordered this sandwich and used this coupon many times in the past, and have been very happy. Not today.The girl tried to help me by offering me 10% off my sandwich. "How does $13.89 sound?"Since that's about double the price on the coupon, I said no. The only thing left to do was let her throw the sandwich in the trash and never ever go back to Subway again.If the goal was to convince people to never go to Subway, then mission accomplished.

I went to get the viral footlong cookie and I ask if the had it then say yes I came and they did not have don’t go to this subway and the two ladies had a horrible attitude about it I would definitely never give a tip. This is the worst service I ever had in my 35 years of living, horrible no, I’m not saying the food’s bad I haven’t tasted it but just don’t waste your time to go to a place where they’re gonna give you attitude and they’re going to say they have it and then when you come, they know it’s just

So I went to get some sandwiches the other day and the 2 ladies that were working they don't look happy to be their. The second lady that was putting toppings on the sandwiches, she made our sandwiches very sloppy like she didn't care how much toppings she put on the sandwiches. The banana pepper and black olives were just in one spot and wasn't evenly distributed in the sandwich. She barely put any lettuce and cucumbers on it. Don't think I'll be back again if they keep having workers that don't care about what they're food looks like and workers that don't care about their customers.

this locations staff was not great. i’m not sure if they were new or just didn’t care about making a decent sandwich but i don’t think i’ll be coming to this location again.

I should have looked at the reviews prior to stepping inside this store. First off, the people there truly act like they absolutely can’t stand people. They don’t even put enough meat on the sandwiches and they literally just out veggies anywhere on the sandwich, sauce on the bread no the meat… then the lady who did my sandwich just walked off instead of checking me out. She stood in front of the toaster oven and just leaned on it putting her chin on her gloves waiting for the toaster to go off. They didn’t ring me up until they finished the person behind me. Then, I’m paying for my stuff and she interrupts me by asking the next customer if they wanted chips and a drink. Like I didn’t even finish paying and of course the customer is trying to get as close as possible to hear them and pay for it. The food by the way sucks butt. Like I get you don’t like working here but the least you can do is make a decent sandwich.. you don’t have to talk although some positive interactions might make this place stay around longer. I don’t see this location lasting for long.

This place has really gone downhill over the past couple of years. I just got done trying to eat my go-to sandwich and couldn't even finish it. The bread was definitely not fresh, olives were way too soft, lettuce was brown, and the grilled chicken was loaded with gristle and fatty pieces. On top of the low quality, a footlong sandwich and bag of chips cost me over 18 dollars. I was the only patron inside the store, and it still wasn't convenient or quick. I don't think I'll be going back to this location anytime soon and can not recommend going.

The worst of the worst. Their reviews speak for there self don’t do it to yourself they really suck. Go to QT better sandwich and service. Made us drive all the way back over to get the sandwiches they made wrong.

First, no one said anything to me when I walked in the door. One lady came around, looked at me at the counter and then walked away. The other girl had to tell her someone was waiting, as if she didn't see me... The lady was rude, very hard to understand and mixed up our sandwiches. I went to pay with CASH!! The total was 59.68 and I tried to give her a $50 and a $10 and she says they don't except bills over $20!! What the what?? I was like this is all I have and she tells me its on the door. Yeah, a very small sign that no one is going to look at. It's not like I was ordering $5 worth of food and paying with a $100! It was almost exact. So, yeah, not going back there. But somehow I don't think they care.

My husband ordered a foot long teriyaki blitz sandwich and did not get double meat and cheese as advertised. He could see the bread through the meat and cheese in several places. I ordered the same but the salad version and I didn’t even get an offer of salad dressing until the order was placed inside the bag. Needless to say poor service and we didn’t get a receipt.

So I ordered two sandwiches on their app and Subway took my money! I have the bank statement showing the money coming out of my account. the app apparently didn’t send the order to the Liberty hill store. I called the Liberty hill store to make sure they got my order. No one answered. So I drove to the store. When I got there they said they didn’t get the order and not only did I not get the two sandwiches I ordered that I payed for. They didn’t give me my money back!! How is that for customer service!! Don’t go to this store. They are scammers!! The manager even said they wouldn’t give me back my money!! What a scam!!!

Extremely dirty. Prep bar was open when I walked in with flies on the food. Tuna was on prep bar and the lady scraped it back into the tuna container. Also barfed everywhere. Who knows how long it was siting out.

Worst customer service ever!! This lady with glasses has a permanent dog face. No smile.. huffs and puffs while she’s making your sandwich.. and when I asked her what her problem was she just mumbled something under her breath. I see now that there’s many complaints about this dog face lady.. why keep her there and make customers uncomfortable. I will never return to to this subway again. This lady seems angry at the world.. it’s not our fault she makes sandwiches all day.. maybe find another job somewhere else where no one can see your face!

My second experience here.1) Sub was rolled like a hotdog. Each bite was like eating a separate sandwich.2) The footlong subs are $2-3 MORE expensive than the subways down in Austin. What on earth is this about?3) I ordered extra cheese and didn't get it.Just going to get my subway elsewhere.
