I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.In recent weeks, Chase Bank has been giving me literal hell. I deposited payroll checks which they put on hold for 15 days without telling me. The receipt I was given said I had money available. A representative told me the receipt doesn't matter. 15 days is too long to wait, but they won't return the checks. I've spoken to 17 different personnel and received 8 different answers. I'm really happy to have found an alternative to Chase Bank at Classic Bank. It felt like they really cared.”
