This store used to be my go-to place to stop for snacks and gas I usually always highly recommend it. Here lately it's gone downhill has the store is super dirty there's plenty of staff but there's too busy chit-chatting or on their phone. I get they are all young but there's no pride in what they do

I went in today for a drink, checked to see if y'all had my moms favorite pastry, had 3 so i got all 3 for her. Go to the counter and I am charged full price, I buy her these after 3 all the time and know they are half off. Not today, I was told by guy at the register that they are full price, I told him no they aren't, can you ask that guy in the kitchen since I have seen him many times at the register, and he comes back and tells me no sir they are half off before 3 pm. I laughed told him to take them off, and i would be there tomorrow morning to get 2 or 3 freshly baked donuts for my mom, since fresh is half what the old ones were.... is that education or training issue?

This place has gone down hill.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a QT.
The woman this morning (Sunday 6/2) was so incredibly dismissive and rude, I will never go back.
We have many options on 29, we can easily stop going here and I suggest you do the same!

Cashier was exceptionally fast and competent even though she had to run 2 registers. Candy prices seemed about 25% cheaper, and restrooms were clean. Good job guys

Really like this gas station, it is big and have lots of stuff and the gas price is cheaper than the competitors too.

This QT in Liberty Hill never has anything on the rollers past 2 am. I’ve tried all different times after 2 after 3 we got out late today it’s 4:40 we all stopped to get some food of course everything is still cooking. The QT in Liberty Hill is a joke.

I have been going to the Liberty Hill QT since they have opened nearly everyday, today I come in after work with my teenage son and I was to purchase some beer and my son put up some drinks of his own, I was told that my sale will be denied because my underage son cannot produce a ID, I have never been told that so I asked for the manager to try and figure the situation out, I was then confronted by the manager Slade I believe his name was with a bad attitude telling me that my purchase was being denied because of my underage teenager son not having a ID and this was at his personal disgretion, I have spent thousands of dollars here with my family and cant believe that I was judged in a manner to be rejected service, I will not be giving this store my money any more and the higher management really needs to have a talk or some extensive training with the on shift managers on how to treat customers instead of judging them.

Always fast, clean and friendly. I do think that the food staff on some evenings could be a bit more efficient rather than chatting with friends. However it’s not a huge deal. The service you end up with makes up for any issue truly.

Went in today to grab a few things and I was unaware another customer was being inappropriate to me. The female cashier quickly addressed the incident and did not allow it to continue. It happened so fast I did not catch her name but it was the best customer service I have ever encountered. People like her deserve an award for going above and beyond to make sure customers are safe. Thank you to that woman, you did for me today what most people say they would but never do. I am so appreciative of your willingness to do that for me. Someone please give her a raise or an award. ❤️

Great location with everything I needed towards the end of a roadtrip. Appreciated a clean restroom and cold drinks to go. The wonderful associate working the register was all smiles and a bright light to my road-weary soul that day.I always try to find a QT when on the road. They are well-lit, well-staffed, well-stocked and have a high level of traffic and activity. I am most comfortable stopping at QT for fuel and / or snacks / drinks than other chains.
