“Always a great experience when we have a package to ship, drop off mail and/or have an Amazon return. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. Though, Shannon is the best! She tends to be the one at the counter when we are there. She is always friendly and so helpful. Our favorite UPS store!!”
“This store is by far the best one I have been to! The staff are very organized and friendly, which I have not found at other stores. Ryan and Myles are my personal favorites. The only reason I am putting four stars is because of the amount of Amazon returns they have to do. It seems like they get tired of the overwhelming amount and this can lead to a cranky face, but once you actually engage with them, and don't treat them like personal robots/slaves, they are extremely friendly and ready to chat! So it really isn't their fault for the four stars, it's the customers and Amazon. 5/5 for this store!”
