“Great place and fair price. I took one start off because I signed up online 3 days ahead of time trying to get my affairs in order before my move only to find out my lease started that day! I lost 3 days!!! I am upset about it. I’m on a tight budget and it makes a difference to me. Nowhere on the online application said the lease starts the day you sign. Please be aware you need to wait to sign up the day of your move. Other than that it’s a very good storage place. Great location right off the highway and super clean.”
“So far, so good! I called storage direct after my rent increased exponentially at a competitor site. The logo representative I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful, and explained how the promos work and when an increase could be expected. I have not been to the facility yet, but this level of customer service is surely appreciated.”

“Roger and his two grandsons moved our site built 12 wide by 20 long by 15 high shed from a tight city backyard to our new acreage in Burnet. Told me there might be issues as the shed was built on an aluminum frame that was perfect for a site built, but moving it could buckle and do irreparable damage. But he would do everything he could to secure and get the job done. And he did a great job. The boys worked hard securing the frame and jacking the shed up with care. The shed was about 3 foot from the fence and our neighbors property. Careful and confident they moved the shed and secured it to the trailer and down the road we went. Got to the property in Burnet and the boys came back the next morning to drop the shed in place. There where no problems. It was an adventure, but I would highly recommend Roger and his family for this type of work anyday.”

“The staff here is the best! The Manager will assist you find U-Hauls as best as she can. This is also a storage place. She is understanding, but takes no BS or undesirable people.”
