As others have mentioned, the office staff is absolutely amazing. They keep you updated and are so friendly. The repair on my vehicle is flawless. I was worried about the paint matching but you honestly can't tell my car was ever damaged. They also kept their promise of when my vehicle was going to be ready and even met me on a holiday to pick it up! Thank you, Michelle! Highly recommend and if I need repair again, I will be back.

I really messed up my truck in a parking garage. After calling around to find someone local that was willing to work on an aluminum body, I found Liberty Hill Collision Center. I went in for an estimate on the work, and they emailed me a quote in a couple of hours. They also quoted a time to repair. After dropping off my truck, they went right to work and completed in the time they quoted and for the price they quoted. The repair work is outstanding. You can't tell I ever had a wreck (it was pretty bad looking) and the service was great. I hope I don't need body work for a while, but when I do, I'll be going to Liberty Hill Collision.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CORE VALUES Charging $50.00 for a competitive bid is the height of customer contempt and arrogance. This bad business practice is a clear sign of an arrogant business who has lost touch with customer service and relations. If they feel they "CAN" charge you for a 10 minute walk around your car and give you a bloated estimate for a $50.00 fee...... then they "SHOULD" charge you. It's only reasonable right?? Nothing competitive at all about charging you $5.00 a minute so they can give you a price on what you might spend at their establishment. You can expect to be nickled and dimed and overcharged from this place and I would not venture in. Dishonest in small things means dishonest in big things.

A few years ago I hit a boar with my Accord. Being a mechanic I did all the repair work myself but I needed a good body shop to paint the new front bumper. These newer cars have flexible plastic bumpers and it takes a skilled paint man to paint one so that it can flex a little without cracking the paint job. It's been 4 years now and my front bumper still doesn't have a crack anywhere in the paint. I would recommend Liberty Hill Collision Center to anyone looking for quality paint and body work.
