I had a bad experience with this shop. They installed my camber bolts wrong and stripped the bolt. They knew they did it incorrectly and did not disclose this. I only found out when I went to another shop and they pointed it out.

Our battery died. I called the lady at James Baker Automotive and she was so helpful. She called to find the nearest wrecker to us to have them come give us a jump or if that didn't work, tow us in. She called us back to let us know who was on the way and the eta. She even stayed after hours to help us. They are very service/customer oriented. Great people.

My transmission died on my 16 year old truck right when I stopped to have them look at it. I could not afford a transmission rebuild and they worked with me to find a used transmission. They also made sure it was done right. I am very happy with the service and will be a repeat customer.
