We have had two cars worked done by these guys. They did an amazing job. I bet we drive by 10 body shops to come here. They always do a good job.

Super disorganized and don't seem to know what they're doing.
I was referred to this shop by an acquaintance to repair some hail damage to my 2017 4Runner back in November. Started well enough and they quoted me a 2 week turnaround for all repairs. Given the amount of damage I thought this was short, so in my head I tacked on an extra week or two.
It took TWELVE weeks to get my vehicle back, and the only reason they didn't push it back further is I demanded my vehicle be ready by the end of the 12th week. They sighted a "weird reaction with the paint", which is strange as it's a super common vehicle with no custom paint at all.
The paint job and exterior repairs appeared to be fine, but I soon realized my running lights, fog lights, and license plate lights were not working. I returned the vehicle to repair the electrical issue, which they did, but my vehicle was returned with a plethora of electrical issues. ABS and most off road functions were not working.
I've taken my vehicle to my regular mechanic and will be having to pay a large amount out of pocket to repair the damage done by this shop. I should have waited for a more legitimate business to work on my vehicle, lesson learned. AVOID!!!

This place gives you the run around like crazy. Doesn’t schedule anything, just tell you to come by and when you go by they tell you to come back. Finally did the work and burnt through my clear coat. Blake’s other people for their mistake.
Stay away!!!!!!

Very busy shop! Lots of custom work and volume repair work for business vehicles. I left my 2018 Suburban for repairs. We'll see how it turns out.

I brought some percussion drum shells in the Eagle Custom Paint to be clear coated. We agreed on $200 each for several or $250 for one. The idea was they would try on one to see how it came out. Once I arrived to see it I immediately realized the black in the drum was now green. They acted like it was already like that. I have photos clearly showing what the drum looked like before. The owner David knows it was a black and green drum (he actually commented on that specific snare that it was beautiful) and now it’s green and green. Now he wants the full $250 even though it was a tester and came out wrong. I will not be able to sell it as it is now. It’s an awful color combination. As a business owner myself I know this is not the way to handle a situation like this. They did not get it right and are unwilling to accept or compromise. I will not be picking the drum shell back up. Not even worth it. Total loss. Maybe they do good work but if they don’t get something right it seems they aren’t willing to acknowledge it. See photos

Quality of the work was very good and done in a timely manner despite headaches with insurance and parts availability. David is doing his best, but needs to hire a front office person to allow him to not be spread too thin.Services: Body & Trim

This place does awesome work! They’re one of the most well rounded paint and body shops in the Austin area. They work with steel, aluminum and fiberglass, it’s very hard to find someone who works on fiberglass. I’ve had work done on three of my vehicles, one was a Ford F-150 with the aluminum body, outstanding work, looked brand new. Recently they worked on my son’s 1996 corvette. He bumped the back of a truck that had a trailer hitch and tore the fiberglass hood on one side. David and Chris worked their magic and it looks flawless, probably better than when the car was new. David and Chris are very reasonable with their prices and so an outstanding job of squeezing you in, particularly when this was my son’s daily driver. I highly recommend Eagle Custom Paint and body. Like I said, over the past five years I’ve taken three of my vehicles there, they’re very good on their prices, they take their time and do excellent work! Chris and David are the best!

Your original estimate was $700 not $900.. I also did not beg for a cheaper price. I simply asked of there was a discount for cash. You could have said no, but you didn't. You've done no business with my company.. Anything you say in that department would be slander. The txtag was in the car when dropped off and not when picked up. All facts...Services: Body & Trim

They agreed to paint the fender and the bumper on our CRV while it was on the car. They decided to remove the fender and bumper to paint them and when they reinstalled it they did not line up the body lines correctly. It stood out from a very far distance when I came to pick the vehicle up. They also scratch the door and the a-pillar when reinstalling the fender. I pointed these things out and he agreed to fix them. I came back two days later and it was fixed but they never installed the pinstriping on the fender like discussed in the original estimate. Since they had my car for over 2 weeks when they told me three to four days originally I decided to go ahead and pay for it and leave. On the drive home I noticed that somebody stole our txtag out of our vehicle... Very unprofessional and very poor quality control on the work that they let out.Services: Body & Trim

Absolutely the best custom paint shop I have worked with. They took on the job of restoring my truck when no other shop would speak to me. The pictures do not do the job justice. They took my hail damaged truck and restored it back to life. Great job! Customer service is fabulous!Service: Body & Trim

I left my 1st post on Google, leaving my 2nd here...Chris, David, and the crew are AMAZING! They repaired hail damage on my wife's BMW AND custom, smoked-out the taillights, and I just got my F150 back after hail damage and an aftermarket Cervini's ram-air hood.

I got referred here by a friend of mine. I had a big scuff mark on the fender of my Jeep and the manager was polite enough to buff it out for me and look brand new. I will be returning soon for more work in the future! Thanks Chris!
