The RPZ blew out due to the freeze and dinged during a home inspection. Doug was extremely timely in all aspects and sent Omar and crew out the same day. 45 minutes later the job was done with tremendous communication and service- at an extremely fair price. At this point I have no need to leverage any other landscape service. Thanks crew- greatly appreciated.

Douglas is a very knowgable, straightforward, professional and friendly guy. i don't take surveys or write reviews but this company deserves one. His prices are fair and no job is too small, like mine. i hired him to prep the ground and lay rocks as a foundation for a shed i was planning to put up in that spot. He was kind enough to help me figure out exactly where the best place would for me to place the shed in my backyard. My biggest worry. Problem solved! he took his time to about a possible future project I had in mind. He measured that out and referred me to his concrete person, who did call me back with an estmate for that job. the thing I really liked about Douglas is he got in there and actually worked with crew--not just supervising them from the sidelines. His came back in a few days as planned and placed the left over rocks in my front flowerbeds. They told me they would be back the next day with more rocks so if I had the plants I wanted to fill in there they would plant them in for me first and then finish laying in the rocks. I arrived home later that day and found all their work beautifully completed. I would highly recommend this company. Reliable, excellent work and clean up. Job well done!!!

We used Douglas Landscapes for our annual irrigation system check. Daniel conducted the onsite, thorough diagnostic of our system, and found a number of issues. These issues included two broken sprinkler heads and a cut drip line that was causing issues in one of our beds. These issues were repaired during the onsite visit. In addition, while Daniel was at the house doing his diagnostic, a sprinkler head was sheared off by one of the workman our neighbor had hired. Daniel was able to fix the sheared off sprinkler head, while he was here (Thank you Daniel!!!). Daniel took all the time needed and answered all of our questions, and the diagnostic and repair prices were very, very reasonable. I highly recommend Daniel, of Douglas Landscapes, for irrigation issues and annual irrigation system diagnostic services.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I had been having irrigation system issues since the house was built. The installers were not fixing correctly and when the warranty ended, they wanted to charge to come out and fix. Why would I pay them to fix it and still not fix correctly. After a google search, I reached out to 3 companies. Douglas called me after 5PM to discuss my issues and had his Irrigation Manger Daniel call me as well. Daniel came out diagnosed the issue of a bad controller box. The new box had to be ordered and in less than a week, Daniel was back out to install and complete the diagnosis of the system. Luckily, the box was the only issue. After installation, Daniel gave great customer service to explain the new controller box with programming, answer questions on my system, and gave expert advice on the amount of time to water various zones. I will, without a doubt, refer Douglas Landscapes and Daniel to my neighbors that i know are or probably having original install issues.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I reached out to set up an appointment for an estimate. After going back and forth with Taylor, we came up with a day and time for Douglas to come and give a estimate. I was told that he will be at my home at 8am. 8:30am came around and no one arrived yet, not even a text or a ETA.I reached out to Taylor via text and phone leaving a voicemail @ 8:30 with no response back! It’s currently a little past 10 am with a now show, no text or call… nothing.Back tracking when setting up a day for the estimate, I was told I would get a confirmation via email. I didn’t receive any and thought that was weird. So I decided to contact Taylor via text the day before the appointment to confirm it and to let them know I never received the confirmation. She reassured that the appointment is still good for 8am the next day and that Douglas would be there at 8am.I guess I wasn’t worth their time.

Doug and Daniel came out to my home to cut and remove a tree and some branches . And Daniel repaired my sprinkler system they both did excellent work. I am very pleased with the work that they did so now i am having them take care of my yard. I definitely recommend them they are excellent in there pricing too for what ever you need done on your home. Thank you both Linda T.

Doug is the best! I decided to cut my own broken branches off my two trees after the big freeze we just had. I thought I could trim the limbs enough to fit in my garbage can, but didn't realize just how much I had to get rid of. I don't have a truck to haul anything so I drove around to see if I could find a landscape service already doing work in the area. Doug and his team were taking a break and agreed to come back to my house and remove the limbs... at no charge! Even offered to sweep the remaining leaves off my driveway. Stand up guy with a stand up team. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future for ALL of my landscaping needs.Services: Landscape management

I cannot express how grateful I am to Doug and Daniel. I was away with the family on vacation when my back flow valve froze and broke. Being 1000 miles away, you feel helpless when your water is running, your pool is not filling. Ah! What a mess. Within an hour of asking for assistance from Doug, Daniel was there, diagnosed my problem, coordinated repairs and made arrangements to return the next day to make me whole. Daniel not only repaired my problem within a short amount of time, he got me up to code, winterized my system and provided me with a “how-to” video.This company is top-notch, and I’ll be using them for my future projects, in addition to repairs. You simply cannot put a price on quality customer service and peace of mind. Thank you!

Due to the cold weather our pressure vacuum breaker leaked and the yard was flooded. We called around and Doug was first to respond. Daniel came on the same day and replaced the old pressure vacuum breaker with RPZ, which is a newer system. He is super friendly, professional and helpful.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Douglas Landscapes LLC. Their knowledge of all areas and needs in every aspect of landscaping is phenomenal. They discovered a leak in our sprinkler back flow preventer that we were not aware of saving us hundreds of dollars in water bills. Their irrigation manager, Daniel, really knows his stuff. He is extremely professional and thorough. Oh yes, and they do a great job in planting trees! Any size!
