The customer service from the big guy with long hair was horrible. He didn't even bother to try and help me.. I'll never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone. I'll stick to Temple.

I visited this Liberty Hill location on Sept 8, 2022. I was fortunate to have Antonio assist my sister and me with purchasing the 'right' phone for my sister who lives in a nursing home. He was patient, informed, and went beyond the usual approach to helping us and making sure that her needs were met. It is challenging to find a smart phone that older people can use easily. Thank you, Antonio, for all your efforts to make this endeavor successful. We will definitely be back to see you.

Diana was very helpful and nice. It was well worth the stop and talk to her. It's good to have a store in Liberty Hill, before I had to go to Austin or Copperas Cove to get help.

i came in the store yesterday and every day I pay my phone bill when Kaitlyn brown is working and she gives me bad looks she has messed my service up with the wrong payment and today I came in the store and addressed the situations to the manager this girl should be able to work in retail

I drove an elderly person to the Cricket store because she needed assistance with her phone. The two young men we spoke to were helpful but they did speak way over her head which made it difficult for us to actually get her the answer she was looking for.

Wonderful customer service. Excellent signal quality compared to T-MOBILE area coverage. Walked out with a free phone and payed only $64 dollar's because I upgraded for a case and protective screen. That's all I payed walking out the door!
