“Richard was great. Had an engine light on so took it to a big box auto and tire shop. Was quoted $1200 to remove the engine's plenum after checking the car's computer . Then they would let us know more once they had it off. Would probably need the car for a few days. Decided to get a second opinion as we didn't care for their attitude. Found RS Automotive online, liked his reviews, so called him and he said I could drop it off at 9:00 am when he opened and he would take a look at it. Called me 3 hours later, told me what it needed and was quoted $700. Asked when I would get the car back and he told as soon as he was done as he was already working on it. “I had a flat tire and went to Discount Tire. They informed me it would take 2 hours due to priority. Later, they said they couldn't open the lug nut because the threads were gone. I left and took my car to Kabana. They asked me to come back after 30 minutes, but I waited an additional 15 minutes for the technician to finish a meeting. However, when he came back, he fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes and managed to open the lug nut in a minute. He didn't charge me for the wait, which showed his commitment. I really appreciated the excellent service.”
